Toby Jolly

Toby manages our CRM and other data at Longview. He previously managed Impactful Government Careers, where he advised UK civil servants on how to have more impact with their work in government. Before that he spent several years in the Civil Service, where he ran large cross-government data and analysis projects. Most recently as Head of Data in the Cabinet Office’s Grant Management Function where he oversaw the monitoring of £300 billion in government spending.
