Dishita supports Longview’s internal operations, strengthening systems and processes as the organization grows. She brings experience across early-stage startups, venture capital, accelerators, and nonprofits in the US and UK. Before joining Longview, she led global programs and communities, built operational infrastructure, and improved cross-functional workflows. She moved into the field after completing training programs focused on operations in AI Safety.
