Will leads our Talent function. Before joining Longview, Will managed Coefficient Giving’s Global Catastrophic Risks & Operations hiring with a team of five recruiters, and led the most senior talent searches across Coefficient Giving’s portfolio. Previously, Will has worked as a teacher, a senior campaigner on factory farming, a senior program manager for a start-up EdTech, and in social housing. Will graduated from the University of Cambridge in English Literature.
