Bret is responsible for growing Longview Philanthropy’s team. Before Longview, he managed the selection process for the charity incubation program at Ambitious Impact, scaling the system to four times the number of programs. During that time, Bret applied psychometric principles to ensure the selection system was measurably consistent and predictive of founder success. Before working in selection, Bret was a research fellow writing personality-based squad assignment algorithms for the US Army Research Institute. Bret holds a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa.
