Kendrea Beers

Kendrea conducts grant investigations in artificial intelligence (AI). Previously, she was a Research Analyst and Horizon fellow at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), where she did research and grantmaking in AI governance. Her research background spans technical AI safety at Oregon State University, AI governance at Cornell University, and computer science at Galois and the University of Notre Dame. She holds a MS in Artificial Intelligence and a BS in Philosophy from Oregon State University.
