Ruth Wallis

Ruth oversees core HR functions including onboarding, payroll administration, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure Longview remains an excellent place to work. Ruth joined Longview in December 2021, progressing from Operations Analyst to Operations Associate before stepping into her current role. Prior to Longview, Ruth worked as an Operations Administrator at the Centre for Effective Altruism, interned with the British Red Cross on family reunion projects, and worked in Business Development. She has volunteered in refugee support across Palestine, France, and the UK, and contributed to an agricultural development initiative in Rwanda. Ruth holds a first-class degree in French and Arabic from the University of Exeter.
